The intercalated degree will follow the schema described for the 3rd year of the BSc Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences course.

Year 3
In Year 3, choose from an extensive selection of advanced modules tailored to your interests, ranging from Performing in Extreme Environments, Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Athletic Training and Conditioning, Sport and Mental Health and Exercise Prescription. You will also undertake an extended research project in the topic you are most passionate about or gain hands-on experience in a professional placement.

Core modules:
Project – You will plan and carry out a research project, analysing the data you will collect and presenting the results. You will produce a poster and you will write a dissertation to present your project.

Entry Requirements

Intercalating students taking this degree are guaranteed accommodation through the University. Details of the available accommodation can be found here. You do not, however, need to apply through the website as the Accommodation Team will provide a bespoke service to reserve your room.
